The social media giant rolled out its new feature, Facebook Shops, to help both businesses bounce back and to let its users shop within its apps. With online shopping gaining immense traction amid the lockdown, how is Facebook loving-America responding to this latest alternative? Piplsay polled 20,222 people nationwide to get the details. Survey Methodology: This Piplsay survey (powered by Market Cube) was conducted nationwide in the US from July 19-20, 2020. We received 20,222 online responses from individuals aged 18 years and older.
